Director Srinu Vaitla Cheated In Land Deal

Srinu Vaitla known for delivering several super hit films has invested heavily in lands and commercial properties.

Recently he filed a complaint with the Central Crime Station (CCS) over a land fraud in Vikarabad. In 2019 he and his niece purchased land in Kodmoor village and completed all the formalities.

Later he realized that the deal involved forged documents and that he had been cheated.

He initially tried to settle the matter outside the court but the land, now valued at around Rs 7.2 crores, became a serious issue.

With no other option he approached the Hyderabad CCS where a case has been registered and an investigation is underway. Meanwhile he is set to direct Sharwanand in a new film.
